Amanhã por volta da meia-noite (hora portuguesa) em Beverly Hills decorrerá a 71.ª edição dos Golden Globes, prémios atribuídos pela Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) ao que de melhor houve culturalmente a nível de cinema e televisão no ano. As certezas que podemos para já todos ter é que a cerimónia será conduzida - novamente - por Tina Fey e Amy Poehler; Woody Allen receberá em sua homenagem o prémio Cecil B. DeMille; ao palco subirão para apresentar alguns prémios nomes como Jennifer Lawrence, Robert Downey Jr., Uma Thurman, Mila Kunis ou Jimmy Fallon.
Tratando-se de uma cerimónia com vencedores algumas vezes bem diferentes dos óscares (nomeados serão anunciados a 16 de Janeiro), será difícil retirar algumas conclusões. Seria justo Breaking Bad sair como vencedor da noite a nível de TV (com Cranston e Paul vitoriosos) e a nível de cinema as coisas deviam ser mais distribuídas. 12 Years a Slave, The Wolf of Wall Street, Leonardo DiCaprio, Michael Fassbender deviam ser nomes para lermos 2.ª de manhã. Veremos.

A luta para Melhor Drama será entre 'Gravity' e '12 Years a Slave', enquanto que Melhor Comédia/ Musical deverá ficar entre 'American Hustle' e 'The Wolf of Wall Street'. Nos dois casos devia ganhar o 2.º nome enunciado, mas se calhar até ganham os primeiros. Aliás, o mais provável é ficarmos com meias justiças e a vitória ser de '12 Years a Slave' e 'American Hustle'.

Chiwetel Ejiofor deve ganhar. Só Matthew McConaughey lhe pode fazer frente. No campo feminino, Cate Blanchett seria a justa vencedora, mas a HFPA gosta bastante de Sandra Bullock por isso o seu contagiante desespero em 'Gravity' pode-lhe valer a vitória. Ainda assim, é possível que a justiça exista para com a actriz de 'Blue Jasmine'. Se Bullock ganhar, não é um escândalo, porque é também um bom papel.

Depois de se ver o papel de Leonardo DiCaprio em 'The Wolf of Wall Street' será um crime se qualquer outro actor vencer. Vá lá HFPA, façam justiça e dêem a vitória ao homem! Ou Amy Adams ou Meryl Streep vencerão o prémio feminino, com ligeira vantagem para Amy.

Jennifer Lawrence vai subir garantidamente ao palco para apresentar um prémio.
Ou volta a subir para receber também um prémio, ou então é Lupita Nyong'o - a
Patsey de '12 Years a Slave' - a celebrar.
